摘 要:以铜基金属有机框架材料为非均相催化剂,研究其催化Friedl?nder反应合成喹啉衍生物的催化性能,并对催化剂Cu(BDC)在反应体系中的多相性、稳定性、循环使用性及普适性进行了探讨。实验结果表明,合成喹啉衍生物的最佳反应条件为:反应物醇酮物质的量比为1.5∶1,Cu(BDC)的用量为5 mol%,DMF为溶剂,反应时间为1 h,反应温度为70°C,色谱产率接近100%。综上所述,此反应符合基础有机化学实验的要求。A series of quinoline derivatives has been synthesized in excellent yields by the Friedl?nder reaction of 2-aminobenzyl alcohol and acetophenone catalyzed by the metal organic frameworks based on copper metal using DMF as a solvent.The stability and heterogeneity of the catalyst is evidenced by the results of a heterogeneity test,and the catalyst can be reused several times without a significant degradation in catalytic activity.Furthermore,Cu(BDC)also had certain catalytic activities between a range of acetophenone with different substituent and 2-aminobenzyl alcohol,which reveal Cu(BDC)is a versatile catalyst for the Friedl?nder reaction.The optimum synthesis condition is that the molar ratio of 2-amino benzyl alcohol and acetophenone is 1.5∶1,the reaction mixture was stirred at 70°C for 1 h,at 5 mol%Cu(BDC)catalyst,then the gas chromatographic yields is 100%.The experimental results show that this reaction meets the requirements of basic organic chemistry experiments.
