摘  要:在制造业高质量发展的背景下,新生代农民工作为技能型人力资本的承载者,是制造业一线创新活动的主体,更是推动制造业高质量发展的重要人力基础。文章以制造业新生代农民工为研究对象,研究组织工匠精神和雇主品牌如何跨层次影响新生代农民工的留任意向,并引入组织认同感作为调节变量。研究表明,组织工匠精神对留任意向有显著正向影响,雇主品牌对留任意向有显著正向影响,且和组织认同感在组织工匠精神和留任意向之间分别起中介作用和调节作用。In the case of high-quality development of manufacturing,the new-generation migrant workers are the carrier of skilled human capital,are the main body of the front-line innovation activities of manufacturing,and are also the important talent base for promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing.This article takes the new-generation of migrant workers as the research object,and examines how the organizational artisan spirit and employer brand influence the new-generation migrant workers’ stay intention,and introduces organizational identity as a regulating variable.The research results show that the organizational artisan spirit has a significant positive impact on the stay intention;employer brand has a significant positive impact on the stay intention,and also plays a mediating role between the organizational artisan spirit and stay intention,while organizational identity plays a regulating role.
