农业文化遗产的结构特点与历史渊源——以黔、桂、湘、渝毗邻地区“糯稻文化圈”为例

摘　　要：农业文化遗产是人类生存与智慧的传承与结晶。它在过去的人类历史上曾经发挥过巨大的贡献与作用,在将来的人类发展过程中仍然可以创出耀眼的辉煌。过去,研究者对农业文化遗产面临的困难、保护、传承、旅游开发与价值意义做了大量的研究,但对农业文化遗产的结构特点与历史渊源关注较少。为了弄清黔、桂、湘、渝毗邻地区“糯稻文化圈”的结构特点与历史渊源,文章从历史学的角度,对黔、桂、湘、渝毗邻地区“糯稻文化圈”的结构进行剖析,并追叙其形成的历史原因,以期达到知其然,也知其所以然之目的。Agricultural cultural heritage is the inheritance and crystallization of human existence and wisdom.It has made great contributions and played a role in the history of mankind in the past,and it can still make brilliant achievements in the course of human development in the future.In the past,researchers have done a lot of research on the difficulties,protection,inheritance,tourism develop ment and value significance of agricultural cultural heritage,but less attention has been paid to the structural characteristics and historical origins of agricultural cultural heritage.In order to find out the structural characteristics and historical origin of the“glutinous rice cultural circle”in the adjacent areas of Guizhou,Guangxi,Hunan and Chongqing,this present paper analyzes the structure of the“glutinous rice cultural circle”in the areas from the perspective of history,and traces the historical reasons for its formation,so as to realize the purpose of knowing its nature and reasons.
