摘　　要：卸料曲轨是环式环冷机的的重要组成部分,其设计、制造、安装关系到环冷机的正常运行。曲轨的曲线设计直接影响着台车过曲轨的平稳性和台车关节轴承的使用寿命。本文以580m2环冷机为例,从设计原理到设计步骤详细分析了鼓风环式环冷机卸料曲轨的设计过程。Discharging orbit is an important part of the circuit cooling mechanism.Its design,manufacture and installation are related to the normal operation of the circuit cooling mechanisms.The design of discharging orbit directly affects the stability of the skips which are passing the bent rail and the service life of the joint bearing.Taking 580m2 ring cooler as an example,this paper analyzes the design principles and design procedures of discharging orbit in circuit cooling mechanism in detail.
