从针灸预处理谈中医“治未病”

摘　　要：文章通过对相关文献的分析总结,结合笔者临床心得体会,对针灸预处理的中医传统机制、现代研究机制以及目前存在的问题等方面进行论述,认为针灸预处理作为中医“治未病”的重要方法,有着坚实的理论基础及独特的防治疾病优势,但仍需进一步统一量化标准、完善特异性指标,为中医针灸“治未病”的推广提供依据。Based on the analysis and summary of the relevant literature,combined with their own clinical experience,the paper discusses the traditional mechanism,modern research mechanism and existing problems of acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment.It is considered that acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment,as an important method of‘treating the disease before it’in traditional Chinese medicine,has a solid theoretical basis and unique advantages in disease prevention and treatment,which is still needed further unifies the quantification standard,consummates the special target,provides the basis for the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture‘preventive treatment’.
