何氏伤科痹证与肩关节脱位治验

摘　　要：何竹林是近代我国伤科十大名家之一,何超常为何竹林次子,至今行医六十余载,学验俱丰,在继承何竹林学术基础上进一步发展了何氏伤科流派。文章通过调查法及文献研究,对何氏痹证治验及肩关节复位手法作介绍,即痹证治疗善于区分内伤与外邪不同,内伤为主以补益肝、脾、肾为先,外邪为主以通调二便使痛随便减,并对其所创的慢性关节肿大方、风湿骨痛方、痛风方作介绍。何氏改良拔伸托入法治疗肩关节脱位不用杠杆原理,安全性和成功率高。HE Zhu-lin is one of the top ten orthopedic masters in modern China.As the second son of HE Zhu-lin,HE Chao-chang has been practicing medicine for more than 60 years.Not only the knowledge inherited from his father,but also years of experience made he a big step on developing HEs’Orthopedic.Through investigation and literature research,this paper summarizes the HEs’experience for bi disease and dislocation of shoulder.He distinguishes between internal cause and external cause for bi disease.Treatments for internal cause,are reinforcing liver,spleen and kidney.While the treatment for external cause,is pain relief via urination and defecation.In addition,we demonstrate three prescriptions treating arthrocele,rheumatism and gouty arthritis.Besides,HEs’revolutionary bone-setting manipulation for dislocation of shoulder does not require the principle of leverage.In comparison of conventional bone-resetting manipulaiton,it combines higher safety and more efficiency.
