《诸病源候论》瘟疫的病因病机及导引法探析

摘　　要：《诸病源候论·疫疠诸病》阐述了疫疠的病因病机“与时气、温、热等病相类”,为天地之气的异常变化,“节气不和,寒暑乖候”,而导致人体产生“病热”等病理变化的疫病。所列导引法中明确了“温疫”的名称,文章对瘟疫有关导引法整理归纳为4种:存念五气辟疫法、挽耳引鬓升阳法、浴面去肝气法、干浴胜风寒法。按此学习与锻炼,可改善身心健康状态,以避免不良行为习惯对自身带来的影响,对应对2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)有一定的指导意义。Treatise on Causes and Symptoms of Diseases·Various Diseases of epidemic expounds that the etiology and pathogenesis of epidemic disease‘are similar to the diseases of seasonal disorders,warm disease and fever’,which are the abnormal changes of the qi of heaven and earth,‘the disharmony of solar terms and the good weather of cold and heat’,and lead to the pathological changes of human body such as‘fever’.The name of‘pestilence’is clearly defined in the conduction exercise methods listed.In this paper,the conduction exercise methods related to pestilence are summarized into four kinds:the method of preserving mind,five qi,eliminating pestilence,the method of drawing ear,leading temples and rising yang,the method of bathing face and removing liver qi,and the method of dry bath surpassing wind and cold.By this way to learn and exercise,improve their physical and mental health to avoid the impact of bad behavior habits on themselves,and has certain guiding significance for coping with the epidemic of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).
