衷中参西探析《金匮要略》己椒苈黄丸证

摘　　要：文章阐述了己椒苈黄丸证条文的内涵以及己椒苈黄丸的功效、方义与适应症,并结合西医外科学对《金匮要略》己椒苈黄丸证进行研究。创新性地提出了己椒苈黄丸证之“肠间”应指肠外间隙,即“水气”病在三焦而非肠中,类似于解剖学中的第三间隙之腹膜腔。最后在异病同治治疗原则指导下,结合诸家经验对己椒苈黄丸的临床应用进行研究。This paper expounded the connotation of the sentences,the efficacy,the prescription and indications of Jijiao Lihuang Pills in Jingui Yaolue combined with western medicine surgery.Innovatively,it was proposed that the‘intestinal space’of the Jijiao Lihuang Pills syndrome should refer to the extraintestinal space.The edema disease was in the Sanjiao rather than the intestine,similar to the peritoneal cavity of the third gap in anatomy.Finally,under the guidance of treating different diseases with the same method,we studied the clinical application of Jijiao Lihuang Pills by combining various academic ideas.
