国医大师伍炳彩从六经辨治湿热病证验案赏析

摘　　要：六经辨证不只为伤寒所独有,湿热病证亦可从六经辨治。伍炳彩教授擅长治疗湿热杂病,学术上主张不要拘于寒温学说之争议,临床应当融合六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证于一炉。文章通过整理其临证辨治太阴阳明气虚湿热之阴挺案、太阴厥阴湿热夹风上蒸之唇风案、少阳太阴上焦湿热之发热案验案3则,一定程度上体现其从六经辨治湿热病证的学术特色,展示其病因病所病机三维一体之辨证论治思想,以期对于启迪中医思维、指导临床实践具有参考意义。The syndrome differentiation of six channels is not only unique to typhoid fever,but also to damp-heat syndrome disease.Professor WU Bing-cai is good at treating damp-heat miscellaneous diseases.Academically,he thinks we should not be confined to the controversy between typhoid fever and warm disease theory,and the six channels,weiqi yingxue,sanjiao differentiation methods should be combined in one furnace in clinical.This article organizes its three clinical treatment cases including qi deficiency and damp-heat of Tayin and Yangming in vaginal wall bulging,damp-heat and wind steam of Taiyin and Jueyin in lip wind,Shangjiao’s damp-heat of Shaoyang and Taiyin in fever.To a certain extent,it reflects the academic characteristics of treating damp-heat syndrome base on the syndrome differentiation of six channels,demonstrates his thoughts on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the three-dimensional integration of etiology,location and pathogenesis of disease.It is hoped that it will have reference significance for enlightening Chinese medicine thinking and guiding clinical practice.
