从五运六气学说浅探麦门冬汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临证思维

摘　　要：慢性咳嗽是呼吸科的常见病之一,其病因繁多,病症各异,传统辨证论治方法缺乏对发病时间、气候变化等因素的重视,五运六气学说作为中医理论的重要思维体系,重视“天人地”三才观,因天时而预测疾病发生、发展的趋势及规律,有利于抓住病机,提高辨证论治的准确性,有的放矢,缩短病程。因此,文章以肺胃阴虚的慢性咳嗽患者为例探讨运气思维在肺系疾病中的临床实用价值,从五运六气理论出发,以“胜衰生克”之角度探析麦门冬汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临证思维。Chronic cough is one of the common diseases in respiratory department.Its etiology is various and its symptoms are different.Traditional methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment lack attention to the time of onset,climate change and other factors.As an important thinking system of TCM theory,‘five movements and six climates’attaches great importance to the concept of‘heaven,man and earth’and predicts the trend and regularity of disease occurrence and development according to the times of the day,which is conducive to seizing the pathogenesis,improving the accuracy of syndrome differentiation and treatment,shooting the arrow at the target and shortening the course of disease.Therefore,this article takes the patients with chronic cough of yin deficiency of lung and stomach as an example to explore the clinical practical value of‘five movements and six climates’thinking in lung diseases.This article based on generation-inhibition of the five movements and six climates to explore the clinical thinking of Maimendong Decoction in treating chronic cough.
