摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来,其发病率显著上升,严重威胁女性健康。郑玉玲教授认为乳腺癌的病位在乳腺,与肝、脾两脏密切相关,肝失疏泄、脾失健运是其主要病机,痰、湿、瘀相聚是其复发转移的重要病理因素,治疗上注重疏肝健脾、祛痰散结,以当归芍药散合逍遥散加减作为基础方药,临证时根据兼证化裁施药,获得了比较满意的疗效。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women.In recent years,its incidence has increased significantly and it poses a serious threat to women’s health.Professor ZHENG Yu-ling thinks that the location of breast cancer is mainly in the breast,it is closely related to the liver and spleen.The main pathogenesis is dysfunction of liver and spleen.The accumulation of phlegm,dampness and stasis is an important pathological factor for recurrence and metastasis.Professor ZHENG pays great attention to the therapeutic method of soothing liver and activating spleen and dissipating phlegm and resolving masses method,in the course of treatment,Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Xiaoyao Powder is always used as a basic prescription.In this case,the drug was administered according to the accompanied symptoms,and the treatment has achieved satisfactory results.
