李献平辨治荨麻疹验案举隅

摘　　要：荨麻疹为皮肤科常见病,病因复杂,病情多迁延难愈,在中医学中属于“瘾疹”范畴,认为其病因与风寒、风热、脾虚、肝郁、血虚等关系密切。李献平教授从事临床与教学工作多年,对于荨麻疹的治疗有独特的见解及用药经验,疗效显著。文章整理了李献平教授辨治荨麻疹的验案,以疏风解表为总法,倡导疏风与通络并用,通过对消风散、四妙散、麻黄附子细辛汤等方剂以及威灵仙和地肤子、白术和茯苓、浮萍和马齿苋、贯众和生麻黄等药对的综合运用,从疏风除湿、疏风健脾、疏风宣肺、疏风温阳等角度进行阐述,并辅以验案,以供同道参考。Urticaria is a common disease in dermatology,which has complicated pathogenic factors and low cure rates.It belongs to the category of‘addictive rash’in traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that the occurrence of urticaria is closely related to wind-cold,wind-heat,spleen deficiency,liver depression and blood deficiency.Professor LI Xian-ping has been engaged in clinical and teaching work for many years.He has unique opinions and medication experience in the treatment of urticaria,and has a significant effect.This paper had sorted out the experience of professor LI Xian-ping’s treatment of urticaria,advocates the combination of dispelling wind and removing obstruction in collaterals based on the principle of dispelling wind to relieve exterior syndrome.This thesis,from the perspective of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,dispelling wind and tonifying spleen,dispelling wind and diffusing lung,dispelling wind and warming yang,summarized and discussed the experience with a clinical case by comprehensive use of prescriptions and pair medicines such as Xiaofeng Powder,Simiao Powder,Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin Decoction,Radix Clematidis and Fructus Kochiae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Poria,Duckweed and Herba Portulacae,Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomatis and raw Herba Ephedrae.
