从《黄帝内经》理论看金水六君煎治疗妊娠中期子嗽

摘　　要：金水六君煎出自《景岳全书·新方八阵·和阵》,方剂由当归、熟地黄、陈皮、半夏、茯苓、炙甘草组成,具有滋肺补肾、祛湿化痰的功效,用以治疗因肺肾虚寒、肾气不足、水泛为痰而导致咳嗽,或治疗阴虚血少、血气减弱之人,外受风寒、咳嗽呕恶、多痰喘急、舌苔白厚腻、脉滑等症。妊娠中期,母体精血下聚以养胎,如若孕妇素体肾精亏虚,肾精不足,化气无力,秋冬时节感寒发为子嗽,根据中医异病同治的原则引用金水六君煎为主方治疗,临床疗效良好。现根据《黄帝内经》理论对此进行分析,以期对临床有指导作用。Jinshui Liujun Decoction is from Jingyue Quanshu·Xinfang·Bazhen·Hezhen,which consists of Chinese angelica,prepared rehmannia root,dried tangerine peel,pinellia tuber,Indian bread,liquorice root.It has the effect of nourishing lung and tonifying kidney,dissolving dampness and resolving phlegm,which is applied to cough with much of sputum caused by kidney qi deficiency,or with yin deficiency combining with cough,vomiting,tongue coat white thick and greasy,pulse slippery embolism.In second trimester of pregnancy,the mother’s blood gathers to raise the fetus.If the pregnant women have deficiency of kidney essence and are caught cold which cause cough,according to the principle of Chinese medicine,different diseases treated by the same treatment,when the pathogenesis is the same,we can treat cough in pregnant women with Junshui Liujun Decoction.Now it is analyzed according to the theory of Huangdi Neijing,in order to guide the clinic.
