摘　　要：补泻手法是实现针刺疗效的关键因素,而针刺捻转补泻手法是临床最常用的针刺手法之一。由于其理论体系尚不规范、临床疗效备受争议、作用机制研究浅显等问题,影响着其现代研究的进一步发展。文章对近40年来国内外关于针刺捻转补泻手法的相关文献进行整理和归纳,从针刺捻转补泻手法的发展源流、现代研究和降压机制研究三大方面进行归纳总结,肯定并阐明其理论体系和疗效机制,以期为针刺捻转补泻手法的规范化和标准化提供客观的科学依据,并促进其研究成果尽快向临床应用转化。There inforcing-reducing acupuncture manipulation is regarded as the key factor to achieve the efficacy of acupuncture,and the twirling reinforcing-reducing manipulation(TRRM)is one of the most commonly used acupuncture manipulations duringthe clinical treatment.Due to many factors that are unfavorable to TRRM application,such as nonstandard theoretical system,controversial clinical efficacy,unclear mechanism of action and so on,the further development of its modern research was affected.This article summarized the relevant literature on TRRM at home and abroad in the past 40 years,which included three major aspects of development source,modern research and the mechanism of reducing blood pressure on TRRM.It affirms and clarifies its theoretical system and mechanism of curative effect in order to provide objective scientific basis for standardization and standardization of reinforcing and reducing manipulation of needling twist.Promote the transformation of its research results to clinical application as soon as possible.
