香榧挥发油对红景天苷磷脂复合物体外透皮特性的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察香榧挥发油对红景天苷磷脂复合物(SADPLC)中红景天苷在小鼠皮肤中滞留量和透过量的影响。方法:采用改良直立式Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮特性研究;利用扫描电镜探究挥发油对皮肤角质层的影响。结果:体外透皮实验表明不同浓度的香榧挥发油(1%、3%、5%)均能进一步提SADPLC中红景天苷的皮肤透过量。香榧挥发油的浓度1%时,促进红景天苷经皮吸收的效果最好。加入1%香榧挥发油对SADPLC在皮肤内的滞留行为的影响最小。结论:香榧挥发油可弱化皮肤角质层的屏障作用,有利于药物进入皮肤和经皮吸收。Objective:To study the composition ration of the complex and the skin permeation in vitro of salidroside phospholipid complex(SADPLC).Methods:The rat skin permeation test in vitro was performed by modified Franz diffusion pool.The influence of the oil of Torreya grandis on the structure of stratum corneum was investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results:In the skin penetration experiments in vitro,further enhanced with the addition of the oil of Torreya grandis(1%,3%and 5%,V/V).The highest penetration amount of SAD was observed when the oil of Torreya grandis(1%)was added.The slightest influence on the skin retention behavior of SAD was seen when the oil of Torreya grandis(1%)was added.In summary,the amounts of SAD penetrated through and kept within the skin were enhanced by preparing SADPLC and adding the oil of Torreya grandis.Conclusion:In the present study,the amounts of SAD that penetrated through and kept within the skin were improved by preparing SADPLC and adding skin permeation enhancer by the oil of Torreya grandis.
