冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病痰瘀互结证脉图的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过冠心病痰瘀互结证、非痰瘀互结证和健康人的脉图参数的比较,为临床客观化提供依据。方法:用型号为YM-Ⅲ系列的中医智能脉诊仪,观察痰瘀互结证患者和非痰瘀互结证患者在治疗前和健康人采集指标;及其中的痰瘀互结证患者和非痰瘀互结证患者在第0、5、10天(3个时点)重复测量的脉图参数差异进行统计学分析。结果:冠心病痰瘀互结证患者共83例,非痰瘀互结证患者58例,健康人22名;对其中的痰瘀互结证患者24例与非痰瘀互结证患者15例进行3个时点测量。冠心病痰瘀互结证组与健康组的右手press有显著差异(P<0.01),冠心病痰瘀互结证组与非痰瘀互结证组的右手t1、右手h1、右手u比较均有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);冠心病痰瘀互结证组在3个时点测量中,右手h1和右手h4的重复测量结果具有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:脉图具有无创的优势,为冠心病痰瘀互结证患者的临床辅助诊断及疗效评价提供客观化的参考依据。Objective:By comparing the pulse parameters of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and healthy people,to provide the basis for clinical objectification.Methods:Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients,non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients and healthy people were observed with YM-III series intelligent pulse diagnostic instrument before treatment,and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients,non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients were measured repeatedly on day 0,5 and 10.The difference of graph parameters was analyzed by statistics.Results:A total of 83 patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,58 patients with non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and 22 healthy people were collected.Twenty-four phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients and 15 non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients were measured repeatedly on three time point.There was a significant difference of right hand press between the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease group and the normal group(P<0.01).Compared with the non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group,the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group’s right hand t1,h1,u had significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05).The repeat measures on three time pionts of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease group’s right hand h1,h4 had significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulse maps have the advantage of non-invasiveness,which can provide objective reference for clinical auxiliary diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.
