通过加大灸量模拟艾灸泻法的实验观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加大灸量灸法模拟艾灸泻法的可能性及所需的最佳灸量和距离。方法:纳入30名健康大学生,于左下肢三阴交采用1根艾条距离穴位2.5cm燃烧模拟艾灸补法,右下肢三阴交采用2根艾条距离穴位4.0cm燃烧模拟艾灸泻法。观察双侧三阴交皮肤时间温度变化曲线、最高皮温及是否产生灼痛感。结果:在温度的上升阶段,加大灸量灸法皮温高于艾灸补法(P<0.05);加大灸量灸法皮温达40℃时间短于艾灸补法(P<0.01);加大灸量灸法达到的最高皮温高于艾灸补法(P<0.01);加大灸量灸法灼痛率显著高于艾灸补法(P<0.01)。结论:加大灸量灸法温度上升更快,最高温度更高,更易产生灼痛感,通过加大灸量的方式可以模拟艾灸泻法。2根艾条模拟艾灸泻法的灸疗参数时,距离皮肤的高度应为4cm左右。Objective:To observe the possibility,optimal amount and distance of moxibustion by increasing moxibustion amount to simulate reducing method of mild moxibustion.Methods:Thirty healthy students were selected and given reinforcing method of mild moxibustion on the left Sanyinjiao(SP 6)with one moxa stick and 2.5cm distance and increasing moxibustion amount of mild moxibustion on the right Sanyinjiao(SP 6)with two moxa stick and 4.0cm distance,respectively.Temperature of the acupoint skin surface and the temperature-time curve were recorded,and whether there was burning pain was compared.Results:In the temperature-increase section,increasing moxibustion amount method had higher skin temperature than reinforcing method(P<0.05).Compared to reinforcing method,the time for the temperature of increasing moxibustion amount method to reach to 40℃was remarkably advanced(P<0.01).Maximum temperature of increasing moxibustion amount method was obviously higher than reinforcing method(P<0.01),and the rate of burning pain in the subjects was higher in the increasing moxibustion amount method than in the reinforcing method(P<0.01).Conclusion:Increasing moxibustion amount method had quicker increased temperature,higher maximum temperature and was more likely to have burning pain.Therefore,increasing moxibustion amount could simulate the reducing method of mild moxibustion with a 4cm distance.
