生骨贴膏治疗外伤性闭合性骨折的临床有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生骨贴膏治疗外伤性闭合性骨折的临床有效性及安全性。方法:将佛山市中医院骨伤科收治的120例外伤性闭合性骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,分别给予生骨贴膏及不含药物成分的空白基质生骨Ⅰ号贴膏外敷患处,比较两组的疼痛、肿胀及骨折愈合情况,并观察治疗的安全性。结果:治疗后,治疗组总显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在疼痛、肿胀、骨折愈合情况方面改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的血常规、肝肾功能的重要检查参数、心电图及主要生命体征在治疗前后无明显变化;治疗组出现2例不良反应,能耐受,不影响治疗。结论:生骨贴膏治疗外伤性闭合性骨折疗效确切,不良反应较小,是临床理想用药。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenggu Plaster in the treatment of traumatic closed fracture.Methods:A total of 120 cases of traumatic closed fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups:the test group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The patients in the test group were treated with Shenggu Plaster and the patients in the control group were treated with blank matrix Shenggu No.1 Plaster without drug components respectively.Pain,swelling and fracture healing conditions were compared and the safety of treatment was observed.Results:The total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in pain,swelling and fracture healing in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in the important parameters of blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and main vital signs before and after treatment in the two groups,and there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the test group,which were tolerable and had no influence on the treatment.Conclusion:Shenggu Plaster is effective and safe for the treatment of traumatic closed fracture.
