痹祺胶囊联合扳机点深压按摩对轻中度膝骨关节炎疼痛患者疗效与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨选用痹祺胶囊联合扳机点深压按摩方案用于轻中度膝关节炎疼痛患者治疗的效果及价值。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月在本院门诊就诊的108例轻中度膝关节炎疼痛患者,分为两组,给予对照组(54例)患者扳机点深压按摩治疗,治疗组(54例)再加用痹祺胶囊治疗,观察患者疼痛、日常活动能力、生活质量改善等情况。结果:治疗后4周及3、6个月,两组WOMAC评分、VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4周及3、6个月,治疗组的总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组的SF-36量表中7项内容评分均显著升高,而治疗组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊可提高轻中度膝关节炎的疗效,减轻疼痛程度,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects and value of Biqi Capsules combined with deep pressure massage of trigger point in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate knee arthritis pain.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2018,108 patients with mild to moderate knee arthritis pain were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group(54 cases)were given deep pressure massage at the trigger point.The patients in the treatment group(54 cases)were treated with Biqi Capsules to observe the pain,the ability of daily activities and the improvement of quality of life.Results:Compared with 4 weeks,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.And the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks,3 and 6 months,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the scores of 7 items in SF-36 scale in the two groups were significantly increased.The treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biqi Capsules can improve the effect of mild to moderate knee arthritis,reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life.
