杞菊地黄汤加减联合西药治疗白内障术后干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察杞菊地黄汤加减联合西药治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取84例(168眼)白内障术后干眼症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例(84眼)。对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液、左氧氟沙星滴眼液及玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服杞菊地黄汤,2组均治疗1个月。观察2组治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光染色(FL)、眼部主观症状的变化,对比2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组BUT均较治疗前延长,FL值均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BUT长于对照组,FL值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组眼部主观症状评分均较治疗前降低,观察组眼部主观症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率89.29%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:杞菊地黄汤加减联合西药治疗白内障术后干眼症可以提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Qiju Dihuang tang combined with western medicine for dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods:A total of 84 cases(168 eyes) with dry eye after cataract surgery were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,42(84 eyes) cases in each group. The control group was treated with tobramycin-dexamethasone eye drop, levofloxacin eye drop and sodium hyaluronate eye drop. The observation group was additionally treated with Qiju Dihuang tang based on the the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The changes of tear break-up time(BUT), fluorescent(FL) and subjective ocular symptoms before and after treatment were observed and the clinical effect was compared in the two groups. Results:After treatment,the BUT in the two groups were prolonged and the FL values were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.05). The BUT in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the FL value was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the subjective ocular symptom scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,the one in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 89.29% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Qiju Dihuang tang combined with western medicine can improve the clinical therapeutic effect in treating patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.
