健脾益肾方治疗脾肾阳虚证原发性甲状腺功能减退症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益肾方治疗脾肾阳虚证原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法:将72例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者随机分为2组,治疗组予以健脾益肾方联合左甲状腺素钠片口服,对照组单用左甲状腺素钠片口服治疗。观察2组中医证候、甲状腺功能、血脂指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.58%,高于对照组的47.20%(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均有不同程度降低(P<0.01),血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平均有不同程度升高(P<0.01)。治疗组的TSH水平明显低于对照组,FT3、FT4水平明显高于对照组,TC、LDL水平明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健脾益肾方能显著改善脾肾阳虚证原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者临床症状及甲状腺功能、血脂指标。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Yishen prescription for primary hypothyroidism with spleenkidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 72 cases of patients with primary hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was simply given oral administration of levothyroxine sodium tablets, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yishen prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The changes of Chinese medicine syndromes, thyroid function and serum lipids indexes in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 89.58% in the treatment group,higher than that of 47.20% in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the two groups were decreased in different degrees(P<0.01), and the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3) and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4) in serum were increased in different degrees(P<0.01). In the treatment group,the level of TSH was obviously lower than that in the control group,the levels of FT3 and FT4 were obviously higher,and the levels of TC and LDL were obviously better,the difference being significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The therapy of Jianpi Yishen prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,thyroid function and serum lipids indexes in patients for primary hypothyroidism with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
