金硝逐瘀汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏对痔疮术后肛门水肿及血清β-EP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察金硝逐瘀汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏对痔疮术后肛门水肿、血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平的影响。方法:将114例接受痔疮手术治疗的患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组57例;2组术后均给予常规处理,对照组加用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合金硝逐瘀汤熏洗治疗;观察比较2组临床疗效、肛门疼痛及水肿情况、住院时间及生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分,并检测2组治疗前后血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.49%,对照组为80.70%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者肛门疼痛、水肿评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清β-EP水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组β-EP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者SF-36评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对痔疮术后患者应用金硝逐瘀汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗效果显著,其可显著减轻患者肛门疼痛、水肿,提高患者生活质量,缩短住院时间。Objective: To observe the effect of Jinxiao Zhuyu tang combined with musk hemorrhoids ointment on anal edema after surgery of hemorrhoids and the level of β-endorphin(β-EP) in serum.Methods:A total of 114 cases of patients undergone surgery of hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,57 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment after operation;the control group was additionally treated with musk hemorrhoids ointment,and the treatment group was additionally given fumigation and washing with Jinxiao Zhuyu tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,anal pain and edema,hospitalization time and the scores of the Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36) in the two groups were observed and compared;the levels of β-EP in serum in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 96.49% in the treatment group and80.70% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of anal pain and edema in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above two scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of β-EP in serum in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the hospitalization time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Jinxiao Zhuyu tang combined with musk hemorrhoids ointment has significant curative effect in treating patients after surgery of hemorrhoids,which
