益气养阴方辅助放疗治疗鼻咽癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方辅助放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法:选取110例鼻咽癌患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各55例。2组患者均给予调强放疗,治疗组加用益气养阴方治疗,对照组给予颜色相近的安慰剂治疗,疗程均为放疗开始到放疗结束。观察2组口干、五心烦热积分,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),癌因性疲乏(CFS)评分和唾液腺排泌指数(EF)的变化。结果:放疗结束时,2组口干、五心烦热积分均较放疗前升高(P<0.05),且对照组口干、五心烦热积分升高更明显(P<0.05)。放疗结束时,2组PSQI评分及CFS评分均较治疗前升高,对照组PSQI评分及CFS评分比治疗组升高更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗结束时,2组EF均较放疗前下降(P<0.05),对照组EF下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方能改善鼻咽癌放疗患者的口干、五心烦热症状,提升睡眠质量,减轻疲乏状态和唾液腺功能。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin prescription combined with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods: Selected 110 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer, and divided them into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table, 55 cases in each group. Both groups received intensity-modulated radiotherapy. The treatment group additionally received Yiqi Yangyin prescription, while the control group received placebos with similar colors. The courses of treatment in both groups lasted for the beginning to the end of radiotherapy. Observed the changes in scores of dry mouth and feverish sensation in the five centers,scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Cancer-related Fatigue Scale(CFS) and excretion fraction of salivary glands(EF)in both groups.Results:At the end of radiotherapy,the scores of dry mouth and feverish sensation in the five centers in both groups were higher than those before radiotherapy(P<0.05),and the scores of dry mouth and feverish sensation in the five centers in the control group were increased more significantly(P<0.05). At the end of radiotherapy, the scores of PSQI and CFS in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of PSQI and CFS in the treatment group were increased more significantly than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). At the end of radiotherapy,EF in both groups were lower than those before radiotherapy(P<0.05), and EF in the control group was decreased more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin prescription can evidently improve such symptoms as dry mouth and feverish sensation in the five centers,increase the quality of sleep,relieve the status of fatigue and promote the excretion of salivary glands in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
