中医情志护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中医情志护理对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:选取120例PSD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为2组各60例。对照组为常规护理,观察组为中医情志护理。观察2组患者临床疗效,并比较2组心理状态和生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(χ~2=5.065,P<0.05)。治疗后,2组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著下降(P<0.05),生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对PSD患者行中医情志护理,能够显著改善患者心理状态并提高患者生活质量。Objective:To discuss the effect of emotional nursing of Chinese medicine on psychological states and quality of life in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD). Methods: A total of 120 cases of PSD patients were selected as the study subjects prospectively,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed,and the psychological state and quality of life were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 76.67% in the control group(χ~2=5.065,P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of Self-rating Depressing Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-BREF) was significantly increased(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of WHOQOL-BREF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Emotional nursing of Chinese medicine in treating PSD patients can significantly improve their psychological state and quality of life.
