揿针治疗老年原发性失眠心肾不交证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针治疗老年原发性失眠心肾不交证的疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组睡前口服艾司唑仑片,观察组采用揿针治疗,2组均予行为疗法等护理指导。疗程均为4周。治疗前后评定匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分和心肾不交证评分,比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组PSQI疗效与中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组PSQI评分和心肾不交证积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01)。观察组PSQI评分和心肾不交证积分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用揿针治疗老年原发性失眠心肾不交证患者,能有效改善患者的睡眠情况,减轻临床症状,有着较好的临床效果。Objective:To observe the curative effect of press-needle for primary insomnia with non-interaction between the heart and the kidney syndrome in senile patients. Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group. Both groups were given behavior therapy and other nursing instructions;the control group was additionally given the oral administration of estazolam tablets before bedtime,and the observation group was additionally treated with press-needle. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and non-interaction between the heart and the kidney syndrome before and after treatment were evaluated,and the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment,the curative effect of PSQI and Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The scores of PSQI and non-interaction between the heart and the kidney syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01), and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The application of press-needle for primary insomnia with non-interaction between the heart and the kidney syndrome in senile patients can effectively improve their sleep and reduce the clinical symptoms,which has good clinical effect.
