摘　　要：目的:观察参芪地黄汤加三棱、莪术治疗慢性肾脏病慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将78例脾肾气阴两虚型兼有血瘀的慢性肾脏病慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为2照各39例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用参芪地黄加三棱、莪术汤治疗,总疗程为2月,观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后血肌酐(SCr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组89.7%,对照组79.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SCr水平降低,eGFR升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄加三棱、莪术汤治疗慢性肾脏病慢性肾功能不全患者,疗效良好,值得临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Dihuang tang combimed with Sanleng Eshu for chronic renal failure in chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 78 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in chronic kidney disease of spleen-kidney duel deficiency of qi and yin type and with blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was additionally treated with Shenqi Dihuang Sanleng Eshu tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two months.The clinical effect,and the changes in serum creatinine(SCr)and estimated glomerular filtration(eGFR)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 89.7%in the observation group,better than that of 79.5%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SCr in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of eGFR were increased;the changes in above two levels were better than those in the control group;differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Dihuang Sanling Eshu tang has significant curative effect in treating patients with chronic kidney failure in chronic kidney disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
