益气活血祛瘀方联合抗生素治疗产褥感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血祛瘀方联合抗生素治疗产褥感染的临床疗效。方法:选取96例产褥感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予青霉素钠与甲硝唑氯化钠注射液抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气活血祛瘀方治疗。比较2组治疗后体温降至正常的时间、临床症状体征消失时间;观察2组治疗前后炎症因子指标,包括白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及中性粒细胞(GRAN)水平的变化;比较2组总体疗效。结果:观察组体温降至正常时间、临床症状体征消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组炎症指标较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),但观察组WBC、CRP、GRAN降低多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血祛瘀方联合抗生素治疗产褥感染效果显著,可明显缩短体温恢复正常、临床症状体征消失时间,抑制机体炎症反应,减少炎症因子释放与炎症细胞增加,更好地保护产妇机体。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Quyu prescription combined with antibiotics for puerperal infection.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with puerperal infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-infection treatment of penicillin sodium and metronidazole sodium chloride,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Huoxue Quyu prescription based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the time for temperature decreasing to normal,the resolution time of clinical symptoms and signs and the total curative effect in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the changes of levels of inflammatory factors including white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and granulocytes(GRAN)in the two groups were observed.Results:The time for temperature decreasing to normal and the resolution time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the decreases of WBC,CRP and GRAN in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Quyu prescription combined with antibiotics has significant effect in puerperal infection,which can significantly shorten the time for temperature decreasing to normal and the resolution time of clinical symptoms and signs,inhibit the inflammatory responses of the body,reduce the release of inflammatory factors and the increase of inflammatory cells,and better protect the organism of puerperas.
