摘　　要：目的:观察冲击波联合蜡疗治疗肩峰下撞击综合征(SIS)的临床疗效。方法:选取60例SIS患者,随机抽签将患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予冲击波联合蜡疗治疗,对照组给予推拿联合蜡疗治疗,持续治疗4周。对比2组临床疗效和治疗前后Constant肩关节评分,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组愈显率73.33%,对照组愈显率50.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Constant肩关节评分中各项细则评分及总分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Constant肩关节评分中各项细则评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗过程中均未见不良反应发生。结论:冲击波联合蜡疗治疗SIS,可以有效改善患者的肩关节功能,减轻疼痛。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shockwave and wax therapy for subacromial impingement syndrome(SIS).Methods:A total of 60 SIS patients were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with shockwave and wax therapy,while the control group was treated with the therapy of massage combined with wax.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The Constant Shoulder Score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The markedly effective rate was 73.33%in the treatment group and 50.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,each score in Constant Shoulder Score and the total scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).Each score in Constant Shoulder Score and the total score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of shockwave and wax for SIS can effectively improve shoulder joint function and relieve pain of patients.
