鼻三针联合天灸治疗慢性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻三针联合天灸治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将纳入观察的72例患者随机分成2组各36例,对照组予鼻炎康片治疗,治疗7天为1个疗程;治疗组以鼻三针联合天灸治疗,2组均随访1年,综合分析其临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后第1周、第3周和1周年的临床疗效分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),表明鼻三针联合天灸治疗慢性鼻炎疗效优于单纯口服鼻炎康片治疗。且治疗组长期疗效更为显著,1周年后治疗组总有效率仍保持为94.4%,对照组仅63.9%。结论:鼻三针联合天灸治疗慢性鼻炎患者疗效显著,长期效果好,治愈率较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect on nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion for chronic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Biyankang tablets for one course,seven days being a course;the treatment group was treated with nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion.Both groups were given follow-up for one year.The clinical effect was comprehensively analyzed.Results:One week,three weeks and one year after treatment respectively,the comparisons of clinical effect between the two groups showed significance in differences(P<0.05,P<0.01),which demonstrated that nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion has better curative effect in treating chronic rhinitis than the oral administration of Biyankang tablets.The long-term effect in the treatment group was more significant.One year after treatment,the total effective rate remained 94.4%in the treatment group and 63.9%in the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion for chronic rhinitis has significant curative effect with good long-term effect and high cure rate.
