浅析痰湿体质与张从正吐法

摘　　要：笔者从痰湿体质、吐法的定义,吐法运用于痰湿体质的机理,张从正运用吐法治痰湿体质的典型案例,及吐法的现代临床应用等诸多方面,对痰质体质与张从正吐法间的关系进行阐述分析。认为张从正在《儒门事亲》中提出凡病位在上之病证皆可用吐法治疗,进一步拓宽了吐法的含义,扩大了吐法的应用范围,明确了吐法理论的临床意义,其在《儒门事亲》中独特的用药特点、处置方法及显著的疗效对现代临床治疗痰湿体质具有一定的启迪意义。The authors illustrated and analyzed the relationship between phlegm-dampness constitution and emesis method of ZHANG Congzheng from various aspects such as phlegm-dampness constitution,the definition of emesis method,the mechanism of adopting emesis method in treating phlegm-dampness constitution,typical cases of ZHANG Congzheng applying emesis method for phlegm-dampness constitution and the modern clinical application of emesis method.The authors believed that the theory“all diseases and syndromes located in the upper body can be treated with emesis method”,which was put forward by ZHANG Congzheng in Confucians'Duties to Their Parents(Rumen Shiqin),further widened the definition of emesis method,enlarged the application range of emesis method and clarified the clinical significance of emesis method theory.The unique medication characteristics,disposal method and significant therapeutic effect of emesis method in Confucians'Duties to Their Parents have certain enlightening importance for modern clinical treatment of phlegm-dampness constitution.
