子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中血管紧张素受体的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨不同类型的血管紧张素受体在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取我院收治的40例腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织作为实验组,选取40例因子宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)行全子宫切除术患者的正常子宫内膜组织作为对照组,运用免疫组化技术检测2组血管紧张素受体的表达。结果2组血管紧张素1型受体(AT1R)和血管紧张素2型受体(AT2R)都有一定程度的表达。实验组AT1R阳性表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而AT2R阳性表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组AT1R的表达水平与患者血清CA125的水平相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、剖宫产次数及术后发病时间、结节数量、大小及浸润深度等不相关(P>0.05)。实验组AT2R的表达水平与患者年龄、剖宫产次数及术后发病时间、CA125水平、结节数量、大小及浸润深度等均不相关(P>0.05)。结论腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者中AT1R和AT2R表达存在差异;AT1R和AT2R的差异性表达与腹壁子宫内膜异位症的发生发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of differential expression of angiotensin receptors in ectopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis.Methods Ectopic endometrium samples from 40 patients who were admitted to our hospital with abdominal wall endometriosis were analyzed as the experimental group for this study.Eutopic endometrium samples from 40 patients with high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL)who were undergoing total hysterectomy without pregnancy requirement were analyzed as the control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect angiotensin receptor expression in the two groups.Results Both angiotensin type 1 receptor(AT1 R)and angiotensin type 2 receptor(AT2 R)were expressed in the two groups.AT1 R expression in the experiment group was significantly higher compared to that in the control group(P<0.05),while the AT2 R expression was significantly lower compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).AT1 R expression in the experiment group correlated with the level of serum cancer antigen 125(CA125,P<0.05),but did not correlate with the age,frequency of cesarean section,postoperative onset time,or the number,size,or infiltration depth of nodules(P>0.05).AT2 R expression in the experiment group did not correlate with the age,frequency of cesarean section,postoperative onset time,CA125 levels,or the number,size,or infiltration depth of nodules(P>0.05).Conclusion There were differences in AT1 R and AT2 R expression in patients with abdominal wall endometriosis.Differential expression of AT1 R and AT2 R was closely related to the occurrence and development of abdominal wall endometriosis.
