摘　　要：公安理论研究属于社会科学的范畴,它是公安工作的重要组成部分,在公安事业发展中处于先导地位。[1]70年来,新中国公安理论研究工作经历了形成、停滞、恢复、发展和繁荣的曲折历程。在历届党和国家领导、公安部党委关心支持下,公安学界专家学者、公安民警从理论研究服务公安中心工作前提出发,积极宣传推动公安部决策部署的落实,努力为公安实战提供智力支撑,积极参与中外警察学术交流,不断形成一大批有价值、专业性强的研究成果,为各级公安机关分析公安工作中不断出现的新形势、新情况、新特点提供了决策依据,为服务公安中心工作作出了积极贡献。The study of public security theory belongs to the category of social science.It is an important part of public security work and plays a leading role in the development of public security.In the past 70 years,the theoretical research of public security in new China has experienced a tortuous process of formation,stagnation,recovery,development and prosperity.With the concern and support of previous party and state leaders and the party committee of the Ministry of Public Security,based on the premise of theoretical research and service of the Public Security Center,the experts,scholars and police officers actively promoted the implementation of the decision and deployment of the Ministry of Public Security,strove to provide intellectual support for the police actual combat,participated in academic exchanges between Chinese police and foreign counterparts.A large number of valuable and professional research results have been continuously formed,which have provided decision-making basis for public security organs at all levels to analyze the emerging new situations,new circumstances and new features in public security work and have made positive contributions to the work of serving the public security center.
