摘 要:目的探讨快速现场评估(ROSE)技术在超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法将180例肺部阴影性疾病患者随机分为ROSE组及非ROSE组,各90例。两组均行超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检及病理检查,ROSE组、非ROSE组分别采用ROSE技术、根据医生的临床经验判断标本的有效性。对比两组的穿刺成功率、阳性预测值、并发症发生率、患者住院时间和住院费用。结果 ROSE组的穿刺成功率、阳性预测值高于非ROSE组,住院时间、住院费用少于非ROSE组(均P<0.05)。结论在超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检中应用ROSE技术,可提高穿刺成功率和恶性肿瘤诊断准确率,减少住院时间和住院费用。Objective To explore the application value of rapid on-site evaluation(ROSE) in ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods A total of 180 patients with shadowy lung disease were randomly divided into ROSE group(n=90) and non-ROSE group(n=90). Both groups received ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy and pathological examination, and the ROSE group and the non-ROSE group identified the validation of the specimens using ROSE technology and according to doctors′ judgment on clinical experience, respectively. Successful puncture rate, positive predictive value, incidence rate of complications, hospital stay, and hospitalization costs were compared between the two groups. Results The ROSE group possessed higher successful puncture rate and positive predictive value as well as less hospital stay and hospitalization costs than the non-ROSE group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided ROSE technology applied to percutaneous lung biopsy can improve successful puncture rate and accuracy rate of malignant tumor diagnosis, reducing hospital stay and hospitalization costs.
