摘  要:目的观察养血清脑颗粒联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的临床疗效。方法将64例DEACMP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。两组患者均给予常规治疗及高压氧治疗,治疗组加用养血清脑颗粒口服,两组均连续治疗30 d。评价两组患者的临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、枢神经特异性蛋白S100β水平、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为78.13%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MMSE、BI评分均高于治疗前,血清S100β、NSE水平低于治疗前,且治疗组上述指标改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合高压氧治疗DEACMP临床疗效显著,能够改善患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力,降低血清S100β、NSE水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP). Methods Sixty-four DEACMP patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 32 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, in addition, the treatment group was administrated Yangxue Qingnao Granules orally, and both groups were treated for 30 consecutive days. Clinical efficacy was assessed in both groups, the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) scores, Barthel index(BI) scores, and levels of central nervous system specific protein S100β and neuron-specific enolase(NSE) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group, the treatment group had superior efficacy than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, MMSE and BI scores were higher while serum S100β and NSE levels were lower in the two groups in comparison with those before treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group with respect to the improvements in the indices described above(all P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a remarkable clinical efficacy for DEACMP, which can improve cognitive function, promote activities of daily living, and reduce serum S100β and NSE levels in the patients.
