某院近10年来含毒性药材中成药的不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院10年来含毒性药材中成药不良反应发生的原因、特点及规律,为临床合理应用中成药提供参考。方法在国家药品不良反应上报系统中,检索该院2009~2018年上报的中成药不良反应报表明细,对其中含毒性药材中成药不良反应上报情况进行整理、统计和分析。结果 2009~2018年该院共上报中成药发生不良反应462例,其中含毒性药材中成药发生不良反应86例,不良反应几乎累及全身各系统、器官,其中以皮肤及其附件、呼吸系统、消化系统症状多见。涉及44种含毒性药材中成药,最常见的是小金胶囊、疏血通注射液、巴特日七味丸。结论临床应用含毒性药材中成药时易发生各种不良反应,建议临床应用时应慎重。Objective To analyze the causes, characteristics and rules of occurrence of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic herbs over ten years in a hospital, and to provide reference for rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicines. Methods The report details of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines between 2009 and 2018 reported by the hospital were obtained from the national adverse drug reaction reporting system, in which the reporting data on adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic herbs were summarized, counted and analyzed. Results A total of 462 cases of adverse reactions due to Chinese patent medicines were reported by the hospital through 2009 to 2018, including 86 cases of adverse reactions due to Chinese patent medicines containing toxic herbs, and adverse reactions involved almost whole body systems and organs, dominant by symptoms on skin and its appendages, respiratory system, and digestive system. Of the 44 Chinese patent medicines containing toxic herbs, Xiaojing Capsules, Shuxuetong Injection, and Bateri Qiwei Pills were the most common ones. Conclusion Improper clinical application of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic herbs is likely to develop various adverse reactions, and its careful usage should be recommended in clinical practice.
