摘　　要：2003年至今关于“第一书记”驻村帮扶制度的研究成果显示,学界对“第一书记”制度的执行者开展了不同主题的研究,涉及“第一书记”的能力、素质、选派、培训与管理等,同时对“第一书记”制度的实践成效、问题与对策等开展了较为丰富的个案研究和实证调查,并对制度理论进行了探讨。但是,研究成果总量还不够丰富,在研究对象、内容、方法、主题和学科视角等方面均存在一定盲点,成果的质量总体还不高,影响力有待提升。应重点加强“第一书记”制度的实践和理论研究,加强制度的比较研究,含跨文化比较、跨学科比较、跨地区比较、历史比较和国别比较,以及加强“民族文化与制度”等特殊主题研究。Study results on the system of"First Secretary"since 2003 show that the academic circles have carried out research on the implementation of the system on different topics,including the ability,quality,selection,training and management.And a wealth of case studies and empirical investigations have been carried out for the practical effects,problems and countermeasures of the system.However,the total amount of research results is not rich enough.There are some blind spots in the research objects,content,methods,topics,and subject perspectives.The quality of the results is generally not satisfactory,and the influence needs to be expanded.It is important to strengthen the practice and theoretical research of the"First Secretary"system,strengthen the comparative study of systems,including cross-cultural comparison,interdisciplinary comparison,cross-regional comparison,historical comparison and country comparison,and strengthen special subject research such as"ethnic culture and system",etc.
