脱砷技术在汽油加氢装置上的应用

摘　　要：中海石油中捷石化有限公司(以下简称“中捷石化”)为降低催化汽油中的硫含量,以生产满足国Ⅵ汽油的调和组分,引进法国Axens公司的Prime G+选择性加氢脱硫工艺及催化剂,装置于2016年开车成功。2017年催化汽油中的砷含量高达90μg/L以上,为此,装置新增了脱砷反应器,优选了Axens公司脱砷催化剂。使用后装置运行参数表明,脱砷效果良好,满足后续脱硫催化剂的使用要求,延长了装置的使用寿命,且对加氢汽油的性质影响不大。CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.introduced prime G+selective hydrodesulfurization process and catalyst developed by French Axens Company to reduce the sulfur content of FCC gasoline and to produce the blending components of national VI gasoline.The unit was successfully started up in 2016.In 2017,the arsenic content of the FCC gasoline was higher than 90μg/L.Subsequently,a new arsenic removal reactor was added in the unit,and Axens's arsenic removal catalyst was selected.According to the statistics of operation results,good arsenic removal effect was achieved,the subsequent use requirements of desulfurization catalyst were met,the service life of the unit was prolonged,and there was little effect on the properties of hydrogenated gasoline.
