摘  要:研究研讨了亚临界循环流化床锅炉的炉膛监控系统设计问题,设计以和利时MACS V6.5.2 DCS系统软件为平台进行FSSS监控系统控制逻辑与网络硬件的组态设计。针对亚临界单炉膛循环流化床锅炉的结构和运行参数特点,采用程控启动和联锁保护与故障首出记忆相结合的监控策略,实现循环流化床锅炉炉膛监控系统(FSSS)的自动控制。系统投入运行结果表明,该监控系统能高效连续地监视锅炉燃烧的参数与状态,在异常工况时FSSS监控系统联锁保护能迅速动作停止相关设备,以保证锅炉炉膛及燃烧系统的安全与稳定。The design problem of Furnace Safety Supervision System(FSSS) for Subcritical CFB Boiler is researched and discussed.The FSSS monitoring system configuration and the network hardware configuration are designed based on Hollysys MACS V6.5.2 DCS system software. The structural and operational parameters characteristics of CFB boiler is researched. The monitoring strategy of program control startup, interlock protection and fault memory is put forward. The monitoring strategy is used to realize the automatic control of the FSSS system. The running results of FSSS system show that it can monitor the parameters of CFB boiler efficiently and continuously and can quickly stop relevant equipment to ensure the safety and stability of CFB boiler in abnormal working conditions.
