摘　　要：工业自动化生产线中经常要用到PLC之间的通信,PROFIBUS-DP总线是当前工业控制中应用广泛的现场总线技术之一。论述了工业自动化的网络结构、PROFIBUS总线的构成,两台S7-300 PLC之间基于西门子ProfibusS-DP总线进行通信的设置过程,包括硬件组态、IO配置与软件编程、软硬件下载、下载故障解决方法、实验结果以及结论。Communication between PLC is often used in industrial automation production line. Profibus-dp is one of the field bus technologies widely used in industrial control. This paper discusses the network structure of industrial automation, the structure of PROFIBUS bus, the setting process of communication between two S7-300 PLCs based on Siemens Profibuss-dp bus, including hardware configuration, IO configuration and software programming, software and hardware download, download fault resolution, experimental results and conclusions.
