摘 要:近年来我国的手机消费量和废弃量不断攀升,绿色消费的理念也逐渐引起关注。采用焦点小组、问卷调查和网络维修平台数据,从绿色消费的行为选择角度,考察了消费者手机使用、维修和更换行为的实际环境影响。研究设置了维修手机、直接更换新机、模块化处理3种情景,估算不同情景下手机使用1年的碳排放量。研究发现,仅提供维修的选择并不能显著降低产品全生命周期的碳排放量;要真正改善手机的环境表现,应当鼓励消费者延长手机的使用时间。提出积极发展绿色消费,引入和推广信息产品维修互助的机制,以延长产品使用寿命,降低信息产品消费对环境的影响。The consumption of mobile phones kept increasing in China recently,while green consumption receiving more attentions.This paper studied the consumers’attitudes on modular mobile phones from the perspective of green consumption,based on the data collected by focus groups,questionnaire survey and consumer records of Tuba Maintenance Platform.The lifecycle carbon emissions of mobile phone usage was calculated with the unit of one student in one year.Three scenarios are set up on this basis,namely,maintenance of mobile phones,replacement of a new phone and modular replacement.The result shows that only providing maintenance options cannot significantly reduce carbon emissions of product throughout the life cycle.It is crucial to encourage the consumers to extend the lifetime of usage.In conclusion,we suggested the producers to promote green design of their products,improve the maintenance and cooperation system to enable the consumers to extend the product life span,so as to reduce the lifecycle environmental burdens of their products.
