摘 要:以含油污泥化学清洗废液为研究对象,研究了一种水处理方法,使化学清洗废液处理后SS<500 mg/L,pH为7.0。研究了pH值、PAC投加量、PAM类型及投加量以及温度对不同化学清洗废液处理效果的影响。研究表明,对于以无机清洗剂为主要清洗组分的无机清洗废液,最优工艺参数为:pH调节剂13500 mg/L、PAC 1400 mg/L及PM8型PAM 100 mg/L、实验温度80℃;对于以有机清洗剂为主要清洗组分的有机清洗废液,最优工艺参数为:PAC 2000 mg/L、PM8型PAM 300 mg/L、YJ-I型有机絮凝剂500 mg/L、实验温度60℃。Taking the chemical cleaning waste liquid of oily sludge as the research object,a water treatment method was studied.After the treatment,the SS of the chemical cleaning waste liquid was less than 500 mg/L,and the pH was 7.0.The effects of pH value,PAC dosage,PAM type and dosage and temperature on the treatment of different chemical cleaning waste liquid were studied.The results show that for the inorganic cleaning waste liquid with inorganic cleaning agent as the main cleaning component,the optimum technological parameters are as follows:pH regulator 13500 mg/L,PAC 1400 mg/L and PAM(PM8 type)100 mg/L,temperature 80℃;and for the organic cleaning waste liquid with organic cleaning agent as the main cleaning component,the optimum technological parameters are as follows:PAC 2000 mg/L,PAM(PM8 type)300 mg/L,YJ-I organic flocculant 500 mg/L,experimental temperature 60℃.
