沿江港口码头企业环保管理现状与应对思路

摘　　要：沿江港口码头企业为我国经济贸易的发展注入了活力,但近些年环保法律法规的日益健全及长江经济带污染防治环保督查工作的深化,对我国码头企业的环保管理工作提出了更高的要求。以江苏省南通市沿江某港口码头企业为例,概述了某环境工程公司与当地港务局执法人员对港口码头企业实施了环保大检查,总结了港口码头企业的环保管理现状,并提出了环保综合治理的应对思路。The port and dock enterprises along the Yangtze River have injected vitality into China′s economic and trade development,however,the environmental protection supervision of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been deepened as environmental laws and regulations have become more and more complete in recent years.This trend puts forward higher requirements for the environmental protection management of Chinese dock enterprises.This article takes some ports and dock enterprises along the Yangtze River in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province as examples.An environmental engineering company and the local Port Authority′s law enforcement officers implemented a major environmental protection inspection for these port and dock enterprises.The current status of environmental management was summarized,and a comprehensive environmental protection governance response was proposed.
