高校信息披露对产学研合作公共地悲剧的治理研究

摘　　要：产学研信息披露对公共地悲剧的治理模型检验结果表明,寻租、合谋、机会主义行为抑制在产学研信息披露对公共地悲剧治理中具有中介效应,寻租行为抑制和合谋行为抑制有助于机会主义行为抑制。如果加大高校信息披露的力度,就可以通过中介效应有效地提高公共地悲剧的治理效率。The results of the testing of the governance model of industry-university research information disclosure on public tragedy show that the inhibition of rent-seeking,conspiracy and opportunism has the intermediary effect on the governance of information disclosure on public tragedy and the inhibition of rent-seeking and conspiracy helps inhibit opportunism.If we strengthen the information disclosure at the university level,we can effectively improve the governance efficiency of public tragedy through the intermediary effect.
