枯期水电站经济运行损失电量管控模型研究

摘　　要：水电站损失电量管控模型,是通过理论与实发电量对比得出损失电量,提出的计算方法。运用算例分析,从调节性能、额定水头高低、参与电网调峰调频等各特征型水电站寻找出相应的影响因子关联度,直观地找到经济运行的核心问题,为经济运行管理提供决策依据。同时,损失电管控模型运用于调度一线的小指标竞赛中,可有效促进员工主观能动性,最终达到“减损增效”的目的。这套损失电量管控模型对水电经济运行管控具有一定的参考价值,值得在水电企业推广运用。The control model of hydropower station's power loss is a calculation method which obtains the power loss by comparing the theory with the actual generation power.By using the example analysis,we can find out the correlation degree of influencing factors from each characteristic hydropower station on regulating performance,rated head,and participating in peak regulation and frequency regulation of power grid,and then find out the core problems of economic operation intuitively,and provide decision-making basis for economic operation management.At the same time,the application of the power loss control model in the small index competition of the dispatching line can effectively promote the subjective initiative of employees,and finally achieve the purpose of"reducing loss and increasing efficiency".This control model has certain reference value for hydropower economic operation control,which is worth popularizing in hydropower enterprises.
