摘　　要：中国农村土地具有经济、社会和生态功能,在不同的历史时期,由于生产力水平不同,因而具有不同的表象。中国农村土地功能不断更迭的本质是生产力水平的不断提高,经济社会的不断发展。新时代背景下,中国农村土地传统的经济功能和社会功能因为经济快速发展和社会保障体系日趋完善而逐渐弱化,而生态功能在经济社会发展过程中凸显出来。因此,不断提高科学技术水平,积极探索保护农村土地的措施,制定科学、合理的土地制度,充分发挥土地的生态功能价值,使农村土地成为美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴战略的重要载体,这正是土地功能更迭的未来发展方向。Chinese rural land has economic,social and ecological functions.In different historical periods,due to different levels of productivity,it has different appearances.The function of rural land in China is fixed,and its changing essence is the result of the constant improvement of productivity and the constant development of economy and society.Under the background of the new era,the traditional economic and social functions of rural land in China are gradually weakened due to the rapid economic development and the increasingly perfect social security system,while the ecological functions are highlighted in the process of economic and social development.Therefore,we should constantly improve the level of science and technology,actively explore measures to protect rural land,formulate scientific,reasonable and effective land system,give full play to the value of land’s ecological function to make rural land an important carrier of“beautiful countryside”construction and“Rural Revitalization”strategy.This is the future development direction of land function change.
