武陵山区农村产业融合发展的现实困境与提升路径——基于恩施土家族苗族自治州走马镇的调查

摘　　要：农村产业融合发展是武陵山民族地区脱贫致富的重要手段,也是乡村振兴战略的重要支撑,事关民族地区脱贫攻坚和全面建成小康社会。走马镇通过特色产业链延伸融合模式、特色农业产业化融合模式、龙头企业产业辐射融合模式、政府服务引领型融合模式、农旅一体化融合模式等策略,农村产业发展效应明显,但产业融合也存在一些现实困境,需要从产业融合政策践行路径、规划完善路径、环境优化路径、利益互联机制疏通路径、模式指引路径等方面采取有效措施,提升产业融合发展水平。The integrated development of rural industry is not only an important means for the minorities in Wuling mountain area to alleviate poverty and become rich,but also an important support for the strategy of rural revitalization.Thanks to such strategies as special industry chain extension and integration mode,special agricultural industrialization integration mode,leading enterprise industrial radiation integration mode,government-led integration mode,rural industry development effect in Zouma become obvious.But there are some practical difficulties in the integration of industry,thus measures must be taken in carrying out policy,improving the planning,optimizing the environment of industrial integration,sorting out interconnected mechanisms of interests,guiding pattern,etc.to enhance the level of industrial integration development.
