摘　　要：文章介绍了八钢炼铁聚焦提高效率,以降低安全风险为目标,以“三个一律”量化指标为评价导向,推进智慧制造的实施。结合智慧制造案例,提出了智慧制造工作面临的难点。This paper introduces the focus on improving efficiency,taking reducing safety risk as the goal,taking three uniform quantitative indicators as the evaluation guide,and promoting the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.Combined with the case of intelligent manufacturing,the difficulties faced by intelligent manufacturing are put forward.
