摘  要:为了探究织物接触冷暖感,针对织物与皮肤接触瞬间热量传导情况及其影响因素,采用有限元方法构建三维织物传热仿真模型分析织物接触冷暖感的影响因素。通过Texgen建模软件建立织物三维几何模型,结合等效热导率的串并联模型,用Ansys workbench软件进行仿真模拟。提取最大热通量值与KES-F7型织物冷暖感测试仪的测试结果进行对比验证,结果显示模拟值与测试值误差均在6%以内,且吻合度较好。研究结果表明:织物毛羽层厚度增大时,织物与人体皮肤接触面热通量会随之变小;当织物内部加入高热导率纱线时,织物与人体皮肤接触面热通量值随之增加,且热导率增大时,织物与人体皮肤接触面热通量增幅趋缓;当高热导率纱线数量增多时,织物与人体皮肤接触面热通量值也会明显增大。In order to explore the contact cold and warm feeling of fabric,a three-dimensional fabric heat transfer simulation model was built by using the finite element method,aiming at the instantaneous heat conduction between fabric and skin and its influencing factors.The three-dimensional geometric model of fabric was established by Texgen modeling software,and the series parallel model of equivalent thermal conductivity was used for simulate by Ansys Workbench.The results showed that the error between the simulated value and the experimental value was within 6%and the agreement was good.The results show that when the thickness of the feather layer increases,the heat flux of the contact surface between the fabric and the human body will decrease;when the high thermal conductivity yarn is woven into the fabric,the heat flux of the contact surface between the fabric and the human body will increase,and when the thermal conductivity increases,the increase of the heat flux of the contact surface between the fabric and the human body will slow down.When the number of yarns with high thermal conductivity increases,the heat flux of the contact surface between the fabric and the human body will increase obviously.
