摘 要:研究了甲基磺酸盐体系镀锡生产中两种不同的助熔剂对镀锡板耐蚀性和涂装性能的影响。结果表明:对耐腐蚀性能而言,无机盐类助熔剂明显优于烷基磺酸类助熔剂。与采用烷基磺酸类助熔剂时相比,由于采用无机盐类助熔剂形成的钝化膜量略高,且其中热稳定性较好的组分Cr2O3较多,因此漆膜与其镀锡板的附着性能略好,但因钝化膜中Cr(OH)3偏低而抗硫性略差。镀锡板生产前需要综合考虑用户对产品的功能要求来选择适宜的助熔剂。The effects of two types of fluxes on the corrosion resistance and coatability of tinplates produced by tin electroplating in a methanesulfonate bath were studied.The results showed that the inorganic salt type flux was superior to the alkylsulfonic acid type flux in corrosion resistance.As compared with the alkylsulfonic acid type flux,the amount of passivation film formed by the inorganic salt type flux was a bit higher,and there were more Cr2O3 phases with good thermal stability,hence the adhesion of a coating on the tinplate obtained using the inorganic salt type flux was better,but its sulfur resistance was worse due to the low Cr(OH)3 content in the passivation film.Before tinplate production,it is necessary to select an appropriate flux based on the user’s functional requirements.
