摘 要:我国电网结构日渐复杂,要求在电网电力调度管理过程中能够更及时、全面地掌握电网运行状态。基于移动Agent技术建立了电力调度管理系统模型,对电力调度管理系统模型的总体框架进行设计,并对该系统各功能模块以及软件程序的实现方法进行详细叙述。以所设计系统在电力负荷预测的应用为例进行仿真测试,测试结果说明了该系统具有高效的数据处理能力且准确性强。该模型能够为电力调度策略提供一定的参考依据,提高了电网调度的灵活性和智能性。The structure of power grid in China is becoming more and more complex,which requires that the operation status of power grid be grasped more timely and comprehensively in the process of power dispatching and management. Based on mobile agent technology,a power dispatching management system model was established. The overall framework of the power dispatching management system model was designed,and the realization methods of each functional module and software program of the system were described in detail. Taking the application of the designed system in power load forecasting as an example,the simulation test results showed that the system had high efficiency and accuracy of data processing. The model can provide a reference for power dispatching strategy and improve the flexibility and intelligence of power grid dispatching.
